Shipping Policy

Our mission is to ship your order as quickly as possible. We ask that you allow 3 to 7 days to produce most items. Please be mindful of peak shopping seasons that could impact processing times. We will update you on your order status throughout the fulfillment process.

If your purchased items are needed by a specific date for a special occasion or an event, please contact us so we can help you choose the best shipping method. Added shipping cost may apply.

We ship via USPS and UPS. Delivery times following the production process can range from 1-14 business days depending on your proximity to our distribution warehouse and the level of service selected at checkout. Vector Creations produced in Tucson, Arizona may be picked up locally. Please note that the below delivery times are in association to the production time needed to produce your items.

Standard Shipping:  4-8 business days 

Priority Shipping:  2-3 business days 

International Shipping:  15-20 business days* 

**NOTE It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any value-added-taxes, as well as any duties/customs fees on merchandise purchased for delivery outside of the United States.** 

VectorDesignsArizona's shipping terms are FOB origin. Once your shipment is transferred to the carrier we are no longer in control. Questions regarding delays, delivery, tracking, or lost and stolen packages must be directed to USPS or UPS. All claims for damaged or lost merchandise must be filed with the carrier.
