We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Not all items qualify for returns or refunds!
In stock/ non personalized or customized items come with purchase protection. This means should you purchase an item and want to return it within 30 days, you may do so.
Personalized and Custom-made items will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We are a small business and the issuing of refunds or exchanges on merchandise that cannot be re-listed is very costly. Though we want you to be completely satisfied we also want to be able to keep our doors open.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@Vectordesignsaz.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns of customized and personalized items. If you receive your item damaged you must file a claim with the shipping carrier. See our shipping and processing terms for more information. Contact us immediately so we can work to get you a replacement.
We cannot process exchanges. Please ensure you are confident with your purchase before submitting. We cannot exchange any personalized or custom made items. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase so contact us immediately for assistance so we can see what options are available.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, refund times depend on your financial institutions response.
